We are confident you will love your original art as attested to by the accompanying Certificate of Authenticity, validated by the artist! We trust you will be fully satisfied with your new addition to your art collection. However, If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will work with you to resolve your concerns or provide a full refund less the cost of shipping & handling fees.
To return an item, contact The Rowe Gallery - fine art within 7 days of receiving your artwork, and state your reason for returning the item. We will provide you an email with shipping instructions for you to return the artwork in its original packaging. Please print out the email and include it with the artwork being returned. We will refund your purchase after the artwork is received without damage We will make every effort to process refunds quickly, but please allow up to 10 working days.
You must ensure that the artwork is securely packaged for return shipping. We do not accept returned items that are damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging. If this is the case, the refund will not be processed and the package will be returned to you at your expense. Acceptance of returns outside of the 7 days limit is at the sole discretion of The Rowe Gallery - fine art.
The Refund & Exchange Policy does not apply to commissioned artwork.
