Prices indicated on our website are for pick-up at The Rowe Gallery, Vero Beach location.
Shipping costs vary greatly depending on the size and weight of each package.

For shipping quotes contact the gallery directly by telephone or by sending a message through our contact page.

Refund & Exchange

The Rowe Gallery - fine art offers a (7) Seven-Day Money Back Guarantee for first-time online buyers. 

 

We are confident you will love your original art as attested to by the accompanying Certificate of Authenticity, validated by the artist!  We trust you will be fully satisfied with your new addition to your art collection. However, If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will work with you to resolve your concerns or provide a full refund less the cost of shipping & handling fees.

 

Returns Process

To return an item, contact  The Rowe Gallery - fine art within 7 days of receiving your artwork, and state your reason for returning the item.  We will provide you an email with shipping instructions for you to return the artwork in its original packaging. Please print out the email and include it with the artwork being returned.  We will refund your purchase after the artwork is received without damage We will make every effort to process refunds quickly, but please allow up to 10 working days.

 

You must ensure that the artwork is securely packaged for return shipping.  We do not accept returned items that are damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging.  If this is the case, the refund will not be processed and the package will be returned to you at your expense. Acceptance of returns outside of the 7 days limit is at the sole discretion of The Rowe Gallery - fine art.

 

Exceptions:

  • The Refund & Exchange Policy does not apply to commissioned artwork.

 

Damaged Goods 

We trust your piece will arrive in good condition, and undamaged. We know life happens and unforeseen events may result in your purchase arriving in less than perfect condition. Should that be the case, take the following steps and contact  The Rowe Gallery - fine art, we're here to help! 

  

When your package arrives:

  • Inspect the packaging and contents for any shipping & handling damage immediately.

  • Document any shipping & handling damage with photographs.

  • Save the damaged box.

  • Contact The Rowe Gallery - fine art by phone or email and provide photos of any damage.

 

Return the damaged item in the original packaging to:

Items received with shipping damage are eligible for a full refund, exchange for gallery credit, or exchanged for a replacement piece of equal value as agreed to by the buyer and The Rowe Gallery - fine art.   

 

Return shipping & handling costs for items received with shipping damage will be covered by The Rowe Gallery - fine art.
